Dutch Bros Coffee will open at former O’Charley’s location. Building permit issued March 31, 2026. Will be first location in Alamance County for the coffee chain.

Fruit bowl and smoothie chain opening first Lancaster County location in Wegmans-anchored shopping center. Offers customizable acai bowls, smoothies, juices and cold brew coffee with surf-inspired decor.

Candy Hall of Fame Experience

60,000 square foot experiential retail space with candy retail on first floor, museum on second floor, and restaurant/café on third floor. 12-year lease with two five-year extension options. Designed by Broadway veteran David Korins.

Jersey Mike’s sandwich chain expanding with two new NJ locations in development – Wharton at 320 Route 15 S and White House Station at 531 US-22

Royal Farms

Maryland-based convenience store chain opening second Montgomery County location featuring fried chicken, made-to-order food, 8 fuel dispensers, operating 24/7. Soft opening event scheduled for April 29-30.

Colletta

Modern Italian restaurant and bar with 120 seats serving fired pizzas, house-made pasta and antipasti, Italian wines and cocktails. Part of Hotel Merrydelle renovation project operated by Indigo Road Hospitality Group.

Hardee’s

Hardee’s will reopen as a corporate restaurant at previously closed location. Part of broader reopening strategy for five recently closed Missouri locations.

Shaver Hall

35,000-square-foot food hall complex with two restaurants, two bars, more than ten food stalls, and live-music stages. Being developed by Texas-based Food Hall Company in former Lord & Taylor building as amenity for Amazon headquarters.

Chick-fil-A

New Chick-fil-A location opening with ‘Moove-In Party’ promotion offering free food to customers dressed as cows. Will create about 130 jobs and donate $25,000 to Feeding the Gulf Coast. Locally owned and operated by Scott Fraser.
