PopUp Bagels

PopUp Bagels planning a 1,500-square-foot location at Waterford Lakes Town Center next to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice. Known for ‘grip, rip, and dip’ concept where bagels are sold by the bagful with cream cheese in tubs. Part of franchise deal with MPZ Holdings LLC to bring up to 30 locations to Florida.

Topgolf

$28 million Topgolf complex featuring hitting bays, full-service restaurant and bar, gift shop, private event rooms, and nine-hole mini golf course. Project approved by Brevard City Commission but no completion timeline announced.

B Scene

Two-level bar and live music venue planned by East Village entrepreneur. Will feature live music and bar in basement, bar on ground floor, with limited bar food menu. Opening contingent on liquor license approval.

Art Laboratory

Wine-and-art bar featuring authentic Georgian dishes like adjarian khachapuri, small plates, and curated cheese selections. Will include artistic décor and occasional DJ sets. Officially filed as Wine Art Laboratory.

Kandy’s

Restaurant serving classic New Orleans and French flavors in former Prime NOLA location. Will offer full beverage program and elevated food in traditional sit-down setting. Renovations underway include decorative paneling, updated flooring, and modern lighting fixtures.

Nacho Kat

Tex-Mex restaurant expanding from Covington to open first New Orleans location in Uptown. Features nacho platters, Latin American-inspired dishes, and location-specific items like Birria Po-boy.

Bar Cala Cala

New Italian hi-fi bar concept with natural wine list, Italian island cooking and frozen negronis. Collaboration between Josh Walker of Xiao Bao and Ryan Costanza of Present Tense, with Matthew Bone curating the wine list.

Bar Ena

Bar from the team behind Cafe Babu, featuring Greek island-inspired design. Construction underway with buildout in progress.
