Hampton by Hilton hotel with 116 rooms and 25 suites being developed by Pinnacle Hotel Group. Features Hampton’s newest prototype design and will incorporate historic elements from the previous Goddard Hotel. Construction by Integrity Construction with 16-18 month timeline.

Restaurant Fleur

South-meets-France lunch and dinner spot, speakeasy bar, and pastry shop opening in a historic 1909 bank building. Chef Jennifer Maune trained at Le Cordon Bleu and staged at top restaurants worldwide. Menu will feature Arkansas ingredients prepared with French techniques.

New Orleans-style beignet and coffee shop opening as second Arkansas location, operated by franchisees who also own Potbelly, Crumbl, and Rock N Roll Sushi. Will be dual concept with Potbelly but separate entrances.

Gina’s Place

Comfort food restaurant relocating to new location after eviction. New storefront will include drive-thru window and cooler for take-home meals. Serves breakfast and lunch dishes.

Buc-ee’s

Texas convenience store, gas station, and quick-service food establishment opening on 34-acre plot. Originally scheduled for 2026 but delayed. Will create approximately 225 full-time jobs and generate $3.1 million in taxes.

Bricktown Brewery

Bricktown Brewery is rebuilding after their previous location was destroyed in a fire. New 2-story building will resemble the previous structure with restaurant/bar downstairs and Adelaide Hall event space upstairs. Construction expected to last about a year.
