Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill
Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill will open in Cutler Bay within the next year following a successful zoning workshop. The project is slated for full review before Town Council on April 15, 2026. The restaurant will be located in the Shoppes of Cutler Bay, a new Publix-anchored center next to Legacy Park.
West Palm Cowboy Club

Chèvre, Miami’s gourmet cheese shop and marketplace, is expanding to West Palm Beach with a resident-only location in the Alba Palm Beach luxury condo building. The 1,000 square foot space will feature artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, wines, caviar, and gourmet coffee with personalized services for residents.

El Palacio De Los Jugos, a Miami institution for juices, fruits, and Cuban favorites, is opening a bakery in Cutler Bay. The company filed permit applications and their website lists the address as ‘coming soon’ but no official opening date has been announced.
