New York-style pizza parlor working to open in Palm Harbor retail center. Co-owner confirmed the opening but did not provide further details about timeline or menu specifics.

Stillwaters Tavern

Second location of Stillwaters Tavern, an American Scratch Kitchen + Bar from 2B Hospitality. First location operates in St. Petersburg. Menu features American cuisine with locally-produced ingredients including pot roast, schnitzel, and seafood dishes.

Two Fold Coffee & Kitchen

Two Fold Coffee & Kitchen is opening at The Garrison House, described as an elevated food and coffee experience rooted in community. The venue will be more than just a cafe, featuring workspaces and a luxurious, homey atmosphere.

Karma Juice Bar & Eatery

Karma Juice Bar & Eatery is in the process of procuring a space for a new St. Pete location. The brand currently has two locations in Clearwater and St. Petersburg and offers cold-pressed juices, salads, sandwiches, and more.

Outback Steakhouse

Outback Steakhouse has submitted plan review paperwork for a new location in Brooksville. The restaurant would join a community that includes Olive Garden and Dutch Bros Coffee. Opening timeline not yet available.

Say Coffee Shop

Vietnamese coffee shop opening in St. Pete’s Grand Central District, owned by Haley Huynh who also owns Sip Tea Boba in Pinellas Park. Will serve Vietnamese-style coffee with condensed milk, egg foam, sea salt foam, and ube foam.

The Breakfast Company

4,000 square feet breakfast restaurant featuring a drive-thru, co-owned with Shannon Holder. Will have alternative menu highlighting quick bites like wraps.
