One of six new Chick-fil-A locations opening across central Indiana in 2026. Additional locations planned for Bloomington, Plainfield, and south side of Indianapolis. Each location will feature unique play spaces and the company will donate $25,000 to Feeding America per opening.

First of six new Chick-fil-A locations opening in metro Indianapolis area in 2026. Part of expansion creating up to 600 jobs. Three locations (Kokomo, Franklin, Beech Grove) set to open in first quarter.

Paris Bahn Mi

Vietnamese sandwich and coffee shop chain opening its first Indiana location in Fishers District, specializing in bánh mi sandwiches, pho, baguettes, Korean corn dogs, croissants and specialty drinks

Holiday Inn Express

Four-story, 105-room Holiday Inn Express hotel being developed by Amerilodge of Bloomfield Hills. Building will be 242 feet long and 78 feet wide with 53.5-foot height. Following new Holiday Inn Express prototype design.

Vicious Biscuit

First Indiana location for Vicious Biscuit, a 3,000-square-foot franchise in Delaware Plaza. Owned by local franchise partners operating as Biscuit Boys, LLC, with plans for 10 more locations in Greater Indianapolis area. Features biscuit-based menu items and opens at 7 a.m. daily.

Sakanaya

West Lafayette-based modern Japanese restaurant brand expanding to Indianapolis College Park area, featuring creative yet approachable sushi. Signage is already up.

Wings Etc. 2Go

First Wings Etc. 2Go quick-service location, expansion of Wings Etc. Grill & Pub brand. Grand opening celebration with free year of wings for first 50 guests.

The Lawrence

Cunningham Restaurant Group concept and event center housed in a restored historic Indiana barn, offering space for up to 200 guests, private dining room for up to 24, and restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner

The Ritz-Carlton Indianapolis

176-room luxury hotel operated by Sage Hospitality Group, featuring 11,500 sq ft of meeting space, fitness center, spa, outdoor terrace, upscale restaurant, lobby bar, and private lounge. Part of mixed-use redevelopment of former CSX Building, connects to Gainbridge Fieldhouse via pedestrian bridge.
