Greek restaurant expanding from Virginia to Maryland. Family-owned eatery founded by Alexander Hobson, Philip Hobson, and executive chef Eugenia Hobson. Will be located in Westbard Square development with 2,400 sq ft space, 14-seat bar, and 1,000 sq ft outdoor patio. Construction expected to begin in a few months.

Chick N’ Friends is relocating from Owen Brown Village Center to Columbia Gateway, reopening by early April 2026. This will be their fifth location in nearly four decades of business.

180-seat restaurant serving seasonal, seafood-forward menu evoking southern Italy with Maryland twist. Located in former Five and Dime Ale House on the Avenue in Hampden. Will feature house-made pastas, craft cocktails, and signature cuttlefish preparation.

Call Your Mother bagel shop is opening a new Bethesda brick-and-mortar location. Construction permit has been issued to renovate the storefront from previous tenant Hardwood Artisans. Founded by Daniela Moreira and Andrew Dana, specializes in bagels that are a fusion between NY-style and Montreal-style.
