Villa’s Tacos, a Highland Park-born taqueria featured by Bad Bunny, will open its first location outside of Los Angeles inside the Durango Casino & Resort at Eat Your Heart. Known for signature homemade blue corn tortillas, crispy Monterrey Jack cheese skirt, and authentic LA-style tacos.

Premium Swiss chocolate brand opening first Las Vegas location at Fashion Show Las Vegas on Level 1 near Sephora. Family company founded in 1962 with over 230 locations worldwide.

BuggyBelles Bakery

Bakery offering decorated cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, chocolate-covered pretzels and Oreos, macarons and more. Currently operates as ghost kitchen with pop-ups throughout the valley. Owner describes it as passion project focusing on handcrafted treats.

Burgers Bowls N More

New American style food truck/restaurant expected to open with menu featuring burgers, bowls, chicken, and secret menu items. Owner Ashley Aguilar confirmed the opening but provided limited details.

Poke House

Hawaiian-inspired California poke restaurant expanding eastward. Fresh, never-frozen poke with customizable bowls. Franchisee Gene Zhou spearheading Las Vegas location as part of eastward expansion.
