Los Angeles-based Filipino cafe planning expansion to Las Vegas. Serves signature lattes like ube creme and mango matcha, aims to bring Filipino culture through beverages and limited food menu.
Village Pub
Village Pub is opening its 17th location in the Greater Las Vegas region. Renovations are underway and expected to be completed in a few months. The location will serve the same American fare and bar classics as other Village Pub locations.

Fourth location of Master Kim’s Korean BBQ opening at Palace Station Hotel and Casino. All-you-can-eat Korean barbecue concept with tabletop grills, operated by Sapporo Group Management. Liquor license application currently pending.
PopUp Bagels
Viral bagel shop known for ‘rip and dip’ style opening first Henderson location. Will be managed by franchisees Gary Rubenyan (co-founder of Dave’s Hot Chicken) and Raffi Babaian. Offers New York-style bagels with various cream cheese spreads.

Latin fusion restaurant relocating from Henderson to Las Vegas Chinatown. James Beard finalist Chef Steve Kestler plans to add lunch program and 10 new dinner dishes. Will feature outdoor patio with potential Argentinian grill.

Miami-based smash burger chain expanding to Las Vegas Strip location at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. Construction is well underway and nearing completion. First location outside of Miami Beach area.

Houston-born doughnut brand planning to open three locations in the Las Vegas Valley. Franchisees Rastelli and Krstal Relagado are leading the expansion. Known for Hot Glazed Donuts, Iced & Sugar Donuts, Filled Donuts, and Kolaches.
