Mary’s Pizza and Pasta

Fourth location of family-run Italian food mini-chain opening in former New Moon Cafe building. Major renovation underway including demolition, rebuild, and doubling the size. American-style Italian restaurant specializing in pizza.

Chip’s

New neighborhood sports bar in early stages of development, will offer burgers, wings and salads with 4 tables seating 32 and one 12-seat bar. Proposed hours 11am-12am daily.

Bar Andiamo

Stella & Fly is transitioning to Bar Andiamo under new ownership by Jason Vincze. Will maintain role as local cafe and wine bar with 10 tables, 26 seats, and 12-seat bar.

Fellini Coffee

Sixth location for Fellini Coffee brand, coffee shop by day and wine-cocktail bar by night. Will feature five tables seating 11 and an eight-seat bar. Hours will be 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

Motek

Florida-based Mediterranean chain expanding to West Village with 3,500 sq ft space featuring 22 tables seating 60 and 13-seat bar. Serves Mediterranean cuisine including hummus, kebabs, falafel, and all-day brunch.

Iki Sekai Inc.

New omakase sushi restaurant from Iki Sekai Inc. has filed paperwork with community board for Upper East Side location. Owner confirmed plans to open the restaurant.
