Vegas-based steakhouse opening in Midtown West inside the Civilian Hotel. 2,400 square foot, 124-seat space designed by Rockwell Group with modern menu featuring wagyu, aged cuts, and tomahawks.

Italian bar and cafe taking over the former 121-year-old Ferdinando’s Focacceria location. Fourth business from restaurateur Sal Lamboglia, featuring aperitivi, cocktails, coffee, and Sicilian dishes including some recipes from the predecessor restaurant.

Japanese BBQ and hot pot restaurant opening in 6,000-square-foot space in Centereach Square shopping center. Menu features Angus steak, homemade roast duck, and traditional barbecue and hot pot dishes. Second restaurant for husband-and-wife team who operate Sam’s Sushi Bistro in Farmingville.

The Bivona family (owners of Mercato Kitchen & Cocktails and Beginnings) will open a new restaurant at the former Jam location. This will be their third restaurant.
