Second location for Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters. Owner is working through permitting process and has not given specific opening date yet. Sign is up at the location and they are planning to open this year.
Chilli’s Wings & Fish
Third location for the chain serving chicken wings, subs and fried fish. Owner found location in November and is working on construction and permits. Menu will include party wings, tenders, sandwiches and fried fish like catfish, perch and whiting.
Dockside Grille
Bar and grille concept coming to lakefront location at Cottage Grove Lake. Operated by hospitality professionals John Logsdon and Steve Baker through Radius Hospitality. Menu expected to include steak, pasta, fish dishes, plus beer, wine and cocktails.
Dragonfly Coffee
Mother and daughter team setting up new coffee trailer. Work is being done on the interior of the mobile coffee unit. Will serve coffee, matcha and refreshers.
Star Lanes
Second location of bowling alley and bar near Ohio State campus. 30,000 square foot venue offering bowling, arcade games, billiards, darts, 4D theater, restaurant and bar. Brothers Doug and Jeff Mechling are still finalizing site selection.
Wolf’s Ridge at Worthington Inn
Wolf’s Ridge Brewing is reviving the historic Worthington Inn on High Street. Leadership team has been named and staff training is underway ahead of the late April opening.

Brewery and restaurant converting a 100-year-old Byzantine Gothic Revival church, featuring craft beer, Geraci’s pizza, and pub fare with seating for 260 guests
Jimmy John’s
Jimmy John’s sandwich restaurant coming to Englewood’s east side at corner of Fallview Avenue. Planning commission approved plans to renovate existing 1,400 sq ft building (former Jiffy Lube) and construct additional connected building. Will include drive-thru option.
Sugar
Mediterranean eatery replacing former Howl at the Moon dueling piano bar. Operated by One Hospitality restaurant group. Building purchased in December, permit applications filed with city.
Joe’s Pizza Napoli
Joe’s Pizza Napoli franchise expanding from Milford to Lebanon, replacing former Catch-a-Fire Pizza location. Will serve wood-fired pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. Franchise owner is Joe Wainscott, a Cincinnati local and Navy veteran.
