Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop

Second Lehigh Valley location of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, operated by the Seibert family franchise team. Known for ‘The Bobbie’ signature sandwich and various cheesesteaks and subs.

The Pelican Club

Greek-inspired restaurant by acclaimed restaurateur Stephen Starr coming to Rittenhouse Square, taking over former Devon Seafood Grill space. Described as ‘a new expression of Greek cuisine with a touch of Aegean glamour.’

Root & Sprig

Healthy fast-casual eatery by Chef Tom Colicchio opening at University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. Will be Root & Sprig’s largest location with full dining area, offering breakfast, sandwiches, salads, acai bowls, and specialty beverages.

SugarBird

Fast-casual restaurant featuring fried chicken, doughnuts and soft serve ice cream, opening as part of The Plaza at the North Shore. Will have large outdoor patio and full bar. Second restaurant Highball Social Club planned for fall opening.

Zaxbys

First Zaxbys location in Pennsylvania, fast-casual fried chicken restaurant offering dine-in, drive-thru, and delivery services. Owner plans to open 10 locations in Philadelphia region.

Chipotle Mexican Grill

2,385 square foot Chipotle location being built on newly created outparcel in Clarion Mall parking lot. Construction expected to begin early summer with opening in mid to late fall 2026. Part of Chipotle’s expansion to 7,000 locations.

Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A planning 5,188-square-foot restaurant with 90 seats, 83 parking spaces and two-lane drive-through at North Londonderry Square in Lebanon County. Land development plans under review at county level.

Wonder

Delivery and pickup-focused restaurant startup opening a 5,100-square-foot food hall featuring dishes from licensed brands and celebrity chefs. Construction underway with liquor license pending.

Circle Cafe on Main

European-inspired cafe offering homemade quiches, soups, sandwiches, pastries, and specialty drinks in a historic building dating to around 1820. Owner Jennifer O’Neill has extensively renovated the property and is creating a community-centered gathering space with a boho, historic vibe.
