Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop opening in renovated 1,698 square foot storefront. Construction set to begin March 16, 2026 and conclude by June 15, 2026. Operated by local franchisee Trey Nelson who already owns two Jersey Mike’s locations in DFW.

J. Alexander’s upscale casual dining restaurant opening first Dallas-Fort Worth location with grand opening celebration including ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3:30 p.m. and welcoming guests at 4:00 p.m. Plans second location in Prosper by end of 2026.

Vicela: Crafted Excellence

Coffee and cocktail fusion concept with 2,500 sq ft space accommodating 68 guests. Features backroom for movies, community events, and classes. Soft opening February 19, public opening early March.

Upscale Japanese steakhouse from Harwood Hospitality featuring HWD beef, Akaushi wagyu, and Kobe beef. Two-floor restaurant with Samurai culture theme at Harwood No. 14. Opening delayed from original 2024 target.

Immersive dining experience in Design District with 20-course tasting menu by James Beard Award winning chef RJ Cooper. Features multiple themed spaces including communal dining room, open kitchen, intimate neon-lit dining room, and Noir Lounge. 9,500 square feet with 2-3 seatings of 26 seats per night.
