TC4 & Co. plans to open a new Cousin Louie’s location in Lakeway after closing The League Kitchen & Tavern. Cousin Louie’s is described as a full service Italian-American restaurant featuring authentic Ciola family recipes and handmade pasta.
Da’s Thai Cuisine
Da’s Thai Cuisine is expanding to Hutto in the former Elsie’s Egg Rolls space. The restaurant’s opening date hasn’t been determined yet according to owner Seeda. Will feature the same menu as their Round Rock location with seating for about 40 guests.
Casey’s
Casey’s combination service station, convenience store, and restaurant location. Construction expected to start June 15 and finish September 15. Known for handmade pizza and prepared food.
Marble Slab Creamery & Great American Cookies
Dual-branded FAT Brands location combining ice cream and cookies, part of Bluebonnet Plaza. Interior build-out of 1,343 sq ft space with $75,000 construction cost.
Taco Bell
New Taco Bell location planned for Leander with $800,000 construction project. Will be 2,565 square feet with drive-thru. Franchised by Tacala Companies.
Tiny’s
Coffee shop and light bites concept planned by Vinaigrette owner Erin Wade at the same property as existing Vinaigrette Austin location. Part of expansion plans for the purchased property.
Eggs Up Grill
South Carolina-based breakfast brand signing five-unit development deal with Texas franchisees Louis and Lisa Jones for Greater Houston region expansion. First of five locations planned.
H&H Bagels
H&H Bagels expanding to first Texas location in River Oaks Village. Construction slated to start in May and wrap up before end of August. Franchisee is Noman Khan. Part of major expansion with 70+ franchise locations in pipeline.
Juice it Up!
Juice it Up! is expanding to Texas through a multi-unit development agreement with Palate Pros, LLC. The brand specializes in açai bowls and handcrafted smoothies. First location planned for West University Marketplace in Houston, with additional locations planned for Katy.
Tifa Chocolate & Gelato
Dessert café offering handcrafted gelato, organic chocolate, and coffee. Construction slated to start in April and wrap up in June 2026. Franchisee Sanaa Atkins is opening this Greater Houston location.
