Houston-area pizza chain opening first San Antonio location in Bulverde Crossing shopping center. Construction started April 2024, originally scheduled to complete by end of 2025 but now slated for early 2026. Serves New York-style pizzas with premium ingredients.
Richie’s Hot Chicken
Nashville-style hot chicken restaurant opening second brick-and-mortar location in Alamo Ranch neighborhood. Known for signature Richie Rich Fries, chicken sandwiches, burritos, and halal-certified Nashville-style hot chicken. Owner previously operated food truck in the area.
Einstein Bros Bagels
Einstein Bros Bagels opening new corporate-run location in Steven’s Point shopping center. Former construction manager confirmed the opening but exact timing within 2026 not specified.
Buffalo Wild Wings GO
Buffalo Wild Wings GO location opening in Mission, TX. Construction slated to start mid-March and wrap up by mid-May 2026. 1,500 square feet location. Franchisee Jimmy Boparai confirmed the opening.

New 4,920 square foot restaurant building with construction expected to start end of March 2026 and wrap up before end of December 2026. Permit filed for new construction with associated site improvements including parking areas.
Sanctuary Cellars
New winery and wine tasting venue with focus on wildlife preservation and sustainable practices. Construction kicked off recently and slated to wrap up in June. 1600 square feet facility estimated to cost half a million dollars.
Cowboys Red River Dance Hall and Saloon
Dance hall and saloon with live music and free dance lessons every night. Part of a chain with existing locations in San Antonio and Dallas. Grand opening was delayed from Feb 12 to March 2026.

San Antonio-based coffee shop expanding to Houston with first of two new locations. Intended to serve West University Place and River Oaks areas.
In-N-Out
In-N-Out planning new location in Humble, TX near George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Ground lease signed in January, building to be demolished and rebuilt after Golden Corral closes in December. Still in development application process.
