New Einstein Bros. Bagels location coming to Spring-Klein area. Construction set to begin March 1 and wrap up by end of July. Serves bagels, cream cheese spreads, breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks.

Bari Hospitality will open Exilio Latin Flair in Montrose’s Harlow District development, replacing Verde Garden. The restaurant will focus on Latin cuisine from North, Central and South America as well as Spain, serving lunch, dinner, cocktails and weekend brunch daily.

Neighborhood Sushi
McGuire Moorman Lambert is relocating their Neighborhood Sushi restaurant from South Congress Avenue to a larger space at 1417 S. First St. (former Sway location). Plans to close original location and open new one around the same time.
Peach Cobbler Factory
Franchise dessert restaurant offering cobblers, banana puddings, cookies, brownies, and shakes. Will feature drive-thru and catering services. Opening delayed due to construction issues.
