7Brew Coffee Shop will open a new 510 square-foot location in Helotes, demolishing existing Sonic. Construction starts mid-July and wraps up by beginning of October. $1 million project with drive-thru coffee concept offering customizable menu with 20,000+ combinations.

Connecticut-based bagel chain expanding to San Antonio as part of major Texas expansion. Known for ‘grip, rip, and dip’ style bagels. Plans to bring at least 12 locations to Houston, Austin, and San Antonio region.

Houston-based ramen restaurant expanding to Austin area with authentic and innovative noodle dishes. Menu includes ramen, sushi rolls. $400,000 construction project.
