Fast casual breakfast and lunch spot opening its first South Florida location. Franchise owner Corey Barden chose the 1,200 square foot space for its central location. Restaurant serves scratch-made sandwiches with chef-designed menu.
Culver’s
Wisconsin-based fast-casual restaurant known for ButterBurgers and custards coming to Pembroke Pines. Permit applications filed with Florida DBPR. Will be the first Culver’s location in Pembroke Pines.

Nashville hot chicken restaurant expanding from Boca Raton, offering fried chicken tenders, sandwiches, and sliders with customizable heat levels and sauces. Franchisee filed permit applications with Florida DBPR.
Huey Magoo’s
Huey Magoo’s chicken tender restaurant opening in North Miami in early 2026 with construction nearly completed. Also opening second location in Hialeah with no set opening date yet.
Crema Gourmet
Crema Gourmet opening their 25th location and second Brickell location, an all-day café offering signature coffee, breakfast, and menu items. Grand opening celebration scheduled for January 22.

316-key five-star Hilton hotel within the 72-story Okan Tower mixed-use development. Part of larger project including condo-hotel units and luxury residences. Construction currently at 40th floor.
