Third location of trendy Cuban restaurant concept that takes a modern, artistic approach to classic Cuban dishes. Will offer traditional Cuban platters like lechon plus popular bowls, flatbreads, and sandwiches. Taking over former Sushi Maki space.

French bakery and cafe from NYC expanding to Delray Beach in the Sundy Village complex. Will offer coffee, pastries, and dishes inspired by the South of France, including collaborative items with Martha Stewart.

Persian-French restaurant reopening in Little River with 14,000-square-foot space featuring 200 seats, wood-fired cooking, and upstairs music venue called Lion’s Den. Executive Chef Andrew Bazzini leading culinary program.

Italian butcher shop-bistro opening first U.S. location in Midtown Miami at Standard Residences. Features ‘butcher shop with kitchen’ model where guests select cuts from butcher case. Known for bombette (stuffed meat rolls) and traditional Italian meats.
