Drive-thru Taco Bell proposed by D.E. Foods for Stop & Shop plaza. 2,120 sq ft restaurant with 20 seats, 25 employees, hours 10am-2am. Construction expected April-August 2026, $2.2M project cost.

Montréal-inspired tavern-style restaurant from Coda Restaurant Group taking over former Blue Dragon space in Fort Point. Menu will feature American comfort tavern fare with Montréal-French technique, including roast chicken, burgers, and raw bar. Seating for 115 guests with seasonal patio.

Popular North End sandwich shop expanding to South Boston location, taking over former McGoo’s Pizza space. Unlike the original location which only serves breakfast and lunch, the new South Boston location will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
