Detroit-style pizzeria relocating from Boston’s Prudential Center to former Santorini space on Revere Beach. Will feature expanded menu with seafood and coastal fare, seaside patio, and dedicated parking in 2,500 sq ft space.

Life Alive Organic Café expanding to Boston’s Seaport District with a 3,826 square foot location offering plant-powered fare including grain bowls, salads, wraps, smoothies and espresso drinks. Will feature 84 interior seats and 12 patio seats overlooking the harbor.

California-based restaurant chain Sweetgreen will be one of the new tenants in the expansion of The Shops at Blackstone Valley. Base construction expected to be finished by mid-2026.
