Buffalo Wild Wings Go

Buffalo Wild Wings Go opening as an attached location to existing Dunkin’ franchise, creating a hybrid eatery. Construction has been underway for past few months.

Tripolis Sweets

Middle Eastern bakery bringing Lebanese sweets and pastries to Memphis area. Owned by cousins Mustapha Mustapha and Mounir Mourabi, both hospitality veterans. Will feature authentic Lebanese sweets, Arabic ice cream, and shaved ice with 3-4 tables for seating.

Big Bad Breakfast

Chef John Currence’s Big Bad Breakfast is taking a lease at the former City Cafe location. The breakfast-and-lunch restaurant features Southern-inspired food including biscuits, shrimp and grits, and cocktails. Opening timeline is pending.

Berry Social

Acai bowl restaurant scheduled to open in summer 2026 near Covenant Health Park. Not a franchise but licensee of Berry Divine of Arizona. Located in the Delaney Building.

La Miga Bakery

Puerto Rico-based La Miga Bakery plans to open in Millington. Commercial alteration permit issued April 1 for 995-square-foot space renovation. Known for Cuban sandwiches, pastries and coffee.

New Chick-fil-A location being built across from existing location on Vann Drive, sparking traffic concerns from residents

Peach Cobbler Factory

Peach Cobbler Factory opening in Memphis Medical District, offering Southern-style desserts including peach cobbler, banana pudding, cheesecake, and milkshakes. 1,600 square foot storefront operated by franchisees Otis and Janie Jackson with manager Tiffany McCrary.

Ojos Negros

Mexican restaurant with alcoholic beverages and brew pub concept, 4,380 square foot storefront. Certificate of occupancy under review as of March 24.

Bar Cala Cala

New Italian hi-fi bar concept with natural wine list, Italian island cooking and frozen negronis. Collaboration between Josh Walker of Xiao Bao and Ryan Costanza of Present Tense, with Matthew Bone curating the wine list.

Bar Ena

Bar from the team behind Cafe Babu, featuring Greek island-inspired design. Construction underway with buildout in progress.
