Second location of Blue Honey Bistro planned for East Memphis by husband-and-wife team behind acclaimed Germantown location. Chef Drew Bryan is a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist. Exact address and opening timeline not yet released.

Checkers and Rally’s opening their first Clarksville location and 24th Tennessee location. Franchisee Ishwar Patel’s first location with the franchise.
Jo’s Coffee
Austin-based Jo’s Coffee will open their first location outside of Texas in downtown Nashville at Dream Nashville hotel in the historic Climax Saloon building. This will be their 11th location overall.
Poke Paradise
Second location for Poke Paradise expanding to Tennessee Brewery apartment building. Will serve lunch (regular Poke Paradise menu) and dinner (reservations only with exclusive menu). Owner also plans to use kitchen for catering operations.

Birdy’s Chicken
Fried chicken restaurant planning to open in a 2,606 square feet space. Commercial alteration permit filed and under review as of March 17, 2026. Space requires renovation to reconfigure for fried chicken restaurant food establishment.
Stomping Grounds
Multi-purpose family establishment with indoor play area, self-service tap wall, and Wild Beet Salad Co. restaurant. Features 16-foot play structure, conference rooms, and RFID wristband system for beverages. Targeting 901 Day opening to celebrate Memphis pride.
Bar Billares las Traviesas
Sports bar and brew pub concept spanning 5,115 square feet with occupancy for 50. Features pool tables and darts. Certificate of occupancy filed and under review as of March 17.
