Hilton Signia Hotel
800-bed Hilton Signia Hotel planned for Nashville Yards, a $1 billion downtown development. Would join Union Station Hotel and Grand Hyatt at the mixed-use campus. Developer Southwest Value Partners has been approached by Hilton executives about the project.

Mixed-use 53-story tower with 405 hotel rooms and 104 condos, plus retail space and amenities. Would be tallest building in Nashville at 636 feet. Hotel branding to be announced in coming months.

Four-story, 121-room Hilton LivSmart hotel designed for extended stays with studio-style suites, full kitchens, fitness and laundry amenities. Located on 2.35 acres at The Lake District mixed-use development. Expected to serve as flagship location for the expanding LivSmart brand.

Sweet Blessings Treats
Mobile bakery since 2020 planning first brick-and-mortar location. Offers cupcakes, brownies and hot cocoa bombs. Owner confirmed location is in the works but no timeline provided.
