Jay’s Catering is relocating to a new 2,100 square foot space in the former Non-Vintage Wine Bar location on Broad Avenue Arts District. The restaurant will serve seafood, wings, and tenders with alcoholic beverages. Certificate of occupancy is under review as of February 18.

Sister restaurant to acclaimed Petals of a Peony, offering hybrid authentic Sichuan Chinese and American Chinese food. Certificate of occupancy under review, spans 3,510 square feet.
Bacco
Tuscan steakhouse opening at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. 3,000-square-foot center bar and lounge, 3,200-square-foot main dining room, private dining rooms, and 1,800-square-foot outdoor terrazza. Menu focuses on premium steaks, house-made pastas and pizzettas, and Italian-inspired specialties.
Girlcrush Social House
Lesbian and queer-focused social house from the team behind Young Music City and GIRLCRUSH pop-up nights. Taking over former Van Gogh’s Wine Bar space. Owners plan to share more details in coming weeks.
Silverbelly Whiskey
Silverbelly Whiskey is taking over the former Show Pony space downtown. This would be the first standalone bar for the Silverbelly brand, which currently offers premium whiskey in bars, restaurants and retail locations. Interior renovations are planned.

Nigel’s Bananas
Florida-based frozen chocolate-dipped dessert concept expanding to Nashville. Mother-daughter franchise team bringing the brand to 1,000-square-foot space in Hillsboro Village. Menu includes frozen bananas, cheesecakes, key lime pie, ice cream bars with toppings, plus boozy floats.
Jeni’s Ice Creams
Jeni’s Ice Creams will open its first Chattanooga shop in the St. Elmo neighborhood at the foot of the Incline Railway, taking over the former Clumpies Ice Cream Co. location. The Columbus, Ohio-based company plans to throw a grand opening party with free scoops.
In-N-Out Burger
In-N-Out Burger submitted permit request to build new 3,886 square foot location with covered patio seating and drive-thru. Demolition of existing Circle K and BP gas station needed before construction can begin.
Waffle Mania
Quick service restaurant concept focusing on waffles, occupying 1,500 square foot space with 40 person capacity. Certificate of occupancy under review as of February 20, 2026.
