Margaritaville Resort

Margaritaville Resort at Preston Harbor development on Lake Texoma. First phase will include 150 hotel rooms and 50 residential units. Construction projected to take 12-18 months once underway. Part of $7 billion Preston Harbor development on 3,100 acres.

176-room lifestyle hotel (including 8 suites) affiliated with Hilton’s Tapestry Collection. Features restaurant Field & Vine, The Library lounge/speakeasy, 4,000 sq ft outdoor courtyard with heated pool, meeting spaces. Formerly NYLO property undergoing renovation by NewcrestImage.

Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel

Marriott Autograph Collection hotel planned as part of The Central, a 27-acre mixed-use development. Developer is under contract to bring the hotel to the site. Project is in permitting phase with groundbreaking planned for summer 2026.

American fare restaurant from Alora Restaurant Group in 1,600 sq ft storefront. Recently received certificate of occupancy. Menu overseen by Culinary Director Chef Amy DiBiase featuring oysters, steak tartare, rotisserie chicken, prime rib sandwich, house made pastas, and more.

Maman

New York-based French bakery and cafe taking over 3,102 square foot renovated storefront. Construction work projected to commence June 7 and wrap by December 20, 2026.

Palladino’s Steaks & Seafood

Premium steak and seafood restaurant from New York expanding to Dallas. 9,850 square foot space featuring public and private dining rooms, jazz lounge, and bar. Menu includes premium steaks, seafood, and creative sushi dishes. Henry Johnson named chef de cuisine under Executive Chef Sam Hazen.

Jetsetters

Coffee lounge opening inside Frontiers of Flight Museum at Dallas Love Field. Will serve premium coffee from Cultivar Coffee, specialty drinks and pastries from Sugar & Sage Bakery, Tacodeli breakfast tacos, and grab-and-go items. No museum admission required for access.

Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch

Bayou-inspired breakfast and lunch concept expanding with new locations in McKinney, Allen, and Cedar Park/Round Rock area. Features Southern cuisine with California twist, operates 7am-3pm daily.

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

First Perkins location in Texas, part of three-unit development agreement in Dallas-Fort Worth area. Features brand’s latest prototype with contemporary design and updated menu.
