Cajun Street
Cajun Street is opening a new location in Katy, remodeling an existing Wienerschitzel space. Construction starts late April and wraps up by end of July 2026. The restaurant serves traditional Cajun dishes including gumbo, étouffée, fried catfish, and barbecue.
Nothing Bundt Cakes
Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise location opening at Four Corners in Tomball. Construction slated to start mid-March and wrap up by mid-June 2026. GSR Group is the franchisee operator behind this opening.

Tim Hortons making its Alamo City debut in Redland Plaza. Construction scheduled to start April 2026 and wrap up by end of June 2026. Franchisee group is CO3 Companies.
The Stout House
The Stout House is opening its eighth location in the San Antonio Greater region. This will be a two-story bar and eatery with 20 draft beers, two food concepts (burger and pizza), two bars (upstairs and downstairs), and a backyard seating area for 25 with a projector screen.
Los Tios
Houston-based Tex-Mex restaurant Los Tios is converting the former La Madeleine location. This will be the seventh Los Tios location and first in the Greater San Antonio region. Known for margaritas, fajitas, enchiladas, and puffy quesos. Construction improvements are still underway on the 5,500-square-foot space.
Tiny’s Milk & Cookies
Houston-based bakery expanding to San Antonio. Known for premium chocolate chip cookies and homemade ice cream. Construction slated to start in a few months.
