Canadian-based Mediterranean chain opening its first Houston location in Cougar Den Center. Known for customizable shawarma in chicken, beef, lamb, and falafel. Construction slated to start end of 2025 and wrap up in March 2026.
7 Brew
Drive-thru coffee shop opening in Livingston, TX in March 2026. Part of 7 Brew’s rapid expansion in Greater Houston area. Franchisee Manish Agrawal also opening second location in Cleveland, TX in June 2026.
Two Greeks Grill
Authentic Greek restaurant opening in former Genghis Grill location, owned by Jerry Kouroumousis and Nick Zaimis. Will serve lamb chops, kebabs, souvlaki, whole chickens, and traditional pork gyros using family recipes from Greece.
Hill & Bach Cellars
Winery opening in historic Old Luckenbach House featuring Paso Robles wines, two wine bars, small bites, live music, and outdoor courtyard. Construction expected to wrap up in April 2026.
LongHorn Steakhouse
LongHorn Steakhouse opening in new Penitas Crossing shopping center. Construction starts end of March 2026, completion by mid-October 2026. 5,780 square feet location costing $2 million. Will be the eighth LongHorn location in Greater San Antonio region.
Olive Garden
Olive Garden set to open in new Penitas Crossing shopping center. Construction starts end of March 2026, wrapping up in October 2026. 7,487-square-foot location costing $2 million to build.
UBP Burgers
Popular San Antonio food truck UBP Burgers is opening its first brick-and-mortar location. Known for their unique donut-shaped burgers, the restaurant will feature a sit-down eatery with drive-thru. Construction was delayed due to permitting issues but is now back on track.
Wilhelm & Werner
Texas Brasserie with European influences opening at The Faust Hotel when renovations complete. Will operate alongside speakeasy Walter’s and Prince Solms Lobby Bar. Dining space and bar will seat 130. Operated by Lark Hospitality with Chef Jesse Souza leading kitchen and Scot Hopps overseeing operations.

Unreined Whiskey, the official whiskey of Texas A&M Athletics, is opening a distillery experience in South College Station near Santa’s Wonderland. The facility will include a tasting room and private event space.
