Bedrock Restaurant Group concept
Bedrock Restaurant Group is preparing to open a new yet-to-be-announced restaurant concept in the former Jtown Pizza Co. location. They have submitted a liquor license application indicating the restaurant will serve both food and alcohol with craft beverages and casual dining offerings.
Dante’s Inferno
Multi-level nightlife and dining destination with ground-floor supper club/live-music venue called Inferno and rooftop Caribbean-inspired lounge called Paradiso. Features Jamaican and Italian-inspired menu, live music, and immersive nightlife experience. Plans to expand with third concept Bea’s Diner in early 2027.
Hanoi 36 Streets
Second location of Vietnamese restaurant expanding from East Sacramento to Woodland in former My Buffet space at Cottonwood Plaza. Will seat around 80 guests, roughly twice the size of original location, serving pho, bánh mì, and Vietnamese street food with plans to serve alcohol pending approvals.
Haute Coffee
Luxury ethnic coffee brand expanding from South Florida to Northern California with three planned locations in Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Roseville. Focuses on Yemeni and Ethiopian coffee roasts with artisan espresso drinks and specialty beverages.
Rockstarr Kitchens
Sacramento-based personal chef Kacey Sanders is opening a drive-thru eatery in the former VolksWaffle space. Menu will include sandwiches, soups, salads, pasta bowls, chili, clam chowder, grilled cheese, meatball subs, and mac and cheese.

Midtown Breakfast Club is filling the vacancy left by Five Guys in Broadstone Marketplace and is currently under construction preparing to open
The Bad Piggy
Food truck transitioning to brick-and-mortar restaurant serving Puerto Rican cuisine including mofongo, roasted pork, and craft cocktails. Kitchen buildout underway with hood installation.
The Spot at JC
Mixed-use development with 13 businesses including restaurant options such as a supper club and coffee shop, plus banquet hall. Currently in planning and development phase.
Benihana
The ONE Group announced its largest asset-light development agreement for ten restaurants in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, including two Benihana joint venture locations expected to open in 2026, with remaining franchised and licensed locations to open over the next seven years.
